The brewery was destroyed by the Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995, and we had no choice but to give up brewing our own sake, which we had been doing since our establishment in 1756.Since 2007, with the cooperation of many people, we were able to resume home brewing.As creators, we enjoy the joy of being able to pass on our technology, and while inheriting history and tradition, we will take on challenges without fear of change.
