Homare Sake Brewery was established in 1918. We have been producing the Japanese Sake with careful stewardship and the grace of the ultra-soft spring water flowing from Mt. Iide.Our flagship Sake, Junmai Daiginjo Black Label won the title of IWC Champion Sake in 2015.We will proudly and constantly continue to follow through on our commitment and pursue the highest quality with the greatest passion and innovative sprit. More than 20 types of sake are always available for free tasting at the direct sales counter.Sake brewery tours are available either free of charge or guided by store staff.Guided tours start at 10:30am/11:30am/14:30pm (about 30 minutes each).Group reservations outside of the above times are available upon request.Excluding Thursdays and company holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
