Ikeda Shuzou

Founded in 1879. Sake brewing is done by the head couple and a very small staff.We brew only junmai sake with nothing added, imagining that our sake will bring a smile to the face of the drinker.There are two representative brands: "Ikekumo", a standard sake, and "Kasa Ichiyo", a sake with a freshness to it. No brewery tours are available.Several tastings are available at the sales office.Open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
