Founded in 1910 (Meiji 43) in Uwa, Seiyo City, Ehime Prefecture, our brewery has a history spanning over 110 years.With the company motto and family creed of "Crafting sake that brings joy to people," we have been cherished by the local Uwa community since our founding. We proudly offer four unique sake varieties: Chidori, a beloved local brand; Kashin, a pink sake named after a novel by Ryotaro Shiba; Daiwaraku, inspired by the words of poet Shinmin Sakamura; and Usagi no Ballerina, crafted with yeast derived from Sakurahime, the official flower of Ehime Prefecture.
