Made by Hakutsuru Shuzo aka one of our favorite breweries, this cup is very clean, very gentle, and almost watery smooth. It’s not too dry and not too fruity, which means it’s very easy to go down. Look for apple, young pear, bubble tea, rice cracker, and snow melt flavors.
