The nose on this special _Daiginjo_ is a wonderful collection of fruity and floral elements ranging from green apple and honeydew, to clover honey and rose petal. Talk about a feel good sake that just rolls and shimmers in your palate. This is a fat, fruity, and floral brew with a superb mouthfeel, and very long flavors of ripe tropical fruits that are chewy and gooey.
