Zuisen Shuzou

Founded in 1887, Zuisen is a long-established brewery located at the knee of Shuri Castle.It takes its name from the spring that bubbles up inside Shuri Castle, giving it the company name "Zuisen". We are proud of our abundant storehouse of old sake, and while striving to make traditional old sake, we continue to take on challenges to meet the needs of the times. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidaysShowroom open from 9:00 to 16:30. Tastings available for most alcoholic beverages except for some with high storage age.
