Yotsuya Shuzou

Yotsuya Brewery was founded in 1919 by Kenpachi Yotsuya in Usa City, Oita Prefecture, overlooking the Suonada Sea, the home of Usa Hachiman in northern Kyushu. The passion for spirits (shochu) that has been passed down from generation to generation remains unchanged and continues to live on today. We continue to make shochu under the motto of "Creation and Challenge" with the techniques handed down since our founding, without ever betraying the support and expectations of our customers. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
