Founded in 1751, this sake brewery operates in Mikage, one of the Nada Gogo regions of Kobe, where it produces handcrafted sake in small batches.The flagship brand, "Daikoku Masamune," takes its name from Daikokuten, the god of wealth and prosperity, and has focused on crafting sake that enhances and complements meals, embodying the concept of "food-friendly sake."Committed to using Hyogo-grown sake rice, including the renowned "Yamadanishiki," and the famous brewing water of Nada, "Miyamizu," the brewery continues to produce local sake of Nada that fully leverages these exceptional local resources.Whether it's sake or non-alcoholic beverages, the brewery's mission remains steadfast: to "enhance the dining experience." In 2023, under the banner of "Brewing for Food," it is contributing to a richer food culture through both its sake brewing and non-alcoholic beverage businesses.
