Yaesen Shuzou

Okinawa, OkinawaFounded 1955

Founded in 1955. It is an awamori manufacturer on Ishigaki Island. It is named "Yae Izumi" in the image of the springs on the islands of Mt.Yae, and sake is brewed on a small hill overlooking the islands. We are working on sake brewing that combines tradition and innovation, such as fusing long-term barrel storage. Awamori made from rice harvested on Ishigaki Island and habu sake made with red habu that inhabits it. We are working on the development of wine, vinegar, liqueurs, and other sake brewing unique to Ishigaki Island and the development of new products that make use of fermentation technology.
