Yaegaki Shuzou

In the sixth year of Kanbun (1666), the mysterious sake was born by Hasegawa Eiga, a descendant of the 33rd generation of Fujiwara Kamashi of the Nara Dynasty. With the old-fashioned cold brewing, we have cultivated the technique of sake brewing many times without neglecting a single day, just like the name of Yaegaki. Sake brewing has not changed for more than 350 years.
