Unkai Shuzou

Founded in 1967. The brewery that developed Japan's first soba shochu "Unkai". Centered on Ayakura, located in Ayamachi, Miyazaki Prefecture, which is registered as a UNESCO Eco Park, our skilled artisans craft authentic shochu with the flavor of the ingredients at Gokase Brewery, Takaoka Brewery, Kagoshima Izumi Brewery, and other authentic shochu breweries in various places in a rich natural environment with clear air and pure water. Representative brands are "Soba Shochu Unkai", "Kobiki BLUE" and "Iitomo", and Japan sake "Tokiichi", "Hatsumiyo" and "Kikuhatsumiyo".
