Umeda Shuzoujou

This small sake brewery produces a local brand of sake called "Honshuichi" in the town of Funakoshi in the eastern part of Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture.The sake features a gorgeous aroma and a clean but robust flavor that is easy to understand and enjoyable even for those who are not accustomed to drinking sake.It has won numerous awards at international sake competitions such as the International Wine Challenge and Kura Master.
