It has been in business for more than 400 years. It is a long-established sake brewery that has been brewing sake for 19 generations since the first Ueda Sobei, making a living at the foot of Mt. Ikoma in Nara, the ancient capital of Japan.With Mt. Ikoma in the background, we continue to brew sake in a blessed climate and environment with the motto of "cherishing the ancient style and searching for the present".
