Tsuji Zenbee Shouten

Located in the rich grain-growing region of the Kinugawa River system, we have been brewing sake for 270 years since our establishment in Horeki 4. While preserving our history and traditions, we are constantly incorporating the latest technology, and local brewers, led by the Shimono chief sake maker, a group of Tochigi cheif sake maker are pouring their youthful sensibility and passion into brewing sake for a new age.Representative brands include "Sakuragawa", which has been produced since the company's founding, and "Tsuji Zenbee", a line of junmai sake. 9:00-16:00 (free tour, free tasting).Brewer tours are not available during the brewing season.Please call at least one week in advance of the desired date for brewery tours.
