In 1893, Tsuda Brewery has began sake brewing on Etajima Island, south of Hiroshima City.In the Showa Era (1926-1989), Tsuda Sake Brewery was patronized by the Naval Academy of Etajima, one of the three major military academies in the world, as well as by the local community.We are committed to providing sake that will always be easy to drink and loved by people, including our representative brand "Shima no Kaori". We hope you will enjoy our famous sake, which is a condensed version of Hiroshima's modern history.
