We are a small sake brewery located at the uppermost reaches of the Ibi River, one of the Kiso Three Rivers. Our goal is to craft sake that balances the rich flavors of rice with a clean, crisp finish, achieved through meticulous brewing practices.Our main brand, Bojimaya, consists entirely of junmai sake, with approximately 70% of it being unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted sake (muroka nama genshu). We are dedicated to creating sake that values individuality and character.
