Tanoshimaru Shuzou

Tanoshimaru Brewery is located in Tanoshimaru-cho, Kurume City, in the south-central part of Fukuoka Prefecture, a land full of nature with the Chikugo River to the north and the Mt. Mino Range to the south.The ingredients are carefully selected tow-row barley (some of which is grown under cooperative agreement in Hokkaido) polished to 65%, and the water is drawn from 70 meters underground from the subsoil of the Mt. Mino Range, selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan.All of the shochu is prepared by hand and aged.Type of shochu produced: Honkaku shochu "Waramugi" and "Kurowaramugi". Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
