Founded in 1902.We have been making honkaku imo shochu using the same traditional methods as in the past Unchanged since its establishment,The shochu is made in a traditional earthenware jar (pot, vessels) using sweet potatoes grown on the company's own farm and natural deep groundwater "Takenota spring water" pumped up from the factory's basement, and is characterized by its mellowness and maturation.One of its representative brands, Kuyo, is a blending of long aged shochu and new-make shochu, resulting in a full-bodied, richly flavored product.
