Tamura Shuzoujou

Founded in 1822 (Bunsei 5). The brewery, located in Fussa City, Tokyo, brews sake along the banks of the Tamagawa Josui. The flagship brand "Kasen" is named after the joy of discovering a well on the brewery grounds that is ideal for sake brewing. The brewery's family motto is "Brew with care, sell with care."
