Founded in 1899, our sake brewery is based in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. We produce and sell Pure Hokkaido Sake, crafted from the pristine spring water of the Daisetsuzan mountain range, known for its abundant flow and exceptional clarity, and high-quality sake rice grown in Hokkaido.In recent years, we have embraced eco-friendly innovations, such as the snow storage method that utilizes the unique natural environment of snowy regions. We also focus on crafting sake that highlights the distinctive characteristics of rice-growing regions within Hokkaido. Furthermore, we fully utilize approximately 50 tons of sake lees produced annually, collaborating with companies from different industries to develop innovative products.As a local sake brewery in Asahikawa, we are dedicated to creating unique offerings that can only be found here.
