
Takara Shuzou Matsudo Koujou
Takara Shuzo's Matsudo Plant, which has an area equivalent to about three times the size of the Tokyo Dome, is the main plant in the East Japan region, manufacturing more than 500 items of its mainstay products, including Kou-type shochu, chuhai, and hon mirin (Japanese rice wine).The plant is equipped with one of the largest continuous distillation machines in Japan, and the high-grade alcohol produced at this facility is used as an ingredient in Takara Shuzo products.The plant also has 12 filling lines for bottling sake, shochu, chuhai, and hon mirin, as well as providing safe, reliable, and high-quality products. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
