It is a small brewery characterized by careful sake brewing that is handmade with well water that originates from the snowmelt water of Mt. Chokai, the most sacred peak in Tohoku. We continue to brew sake that you can have a long relationship with in a family-like atmosphere. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
