Founded in the first year of Taisho era (1912) on the title land. In Uchino-cho, where our company is located, you can overlook the multi-level crossing of the Shinkawa River, which was excavated by human power during the Edo period, and feel the history of Niigata's rich granary area that has been built.Our brewing water is groundwater filtered by sand in the dune area, and our sake brewing takes full advantage of Niigata's climate.At recent years, in order to make local sake familiar to people around the world, we have been actively working on the development of new Japan sake and local manufacturing guidance overseas.
