Founded in 1927, Shintani Sake Brewery is a small brewery located in Tokuji, Yamaguchi City, at the heart of Yamaguchi Prefecture. The brewing water, sourced from the underground springs of the Saba River, is exceptionally soft, and since our founding, we have consistently crafted sake known for its smooth texture and rich flavor.Our motto, "Brewing the Season with Harmony," reflects our commitment to three forms of harmony: harmony among people, balance in flavor, and the connection with those who enjoy our sake. With this in mind, we deliver fresh, newly pressed Wakamusume sake every month.
