Shinhira Shuzou

In the 37th year of the Meiji Era (1904), a small shochu brewery founded by the first generation, Kingesa Shinpei, is the origin of Shinpei Shuzo. For more than 100 years since then, we have been working on making shochu with love and pride, and while preserving the traditions that have been passed down, we are not complacent and always continue to take on new challenges. Tours are available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (about 40 minutes, free of charge).Advance reservations are accepted by phone or through the email form on the website.
