Shichiyou Shuzou

In the first year of Ansei (1854), Keijiro Hoshikuma, who was engaged in the wax essential oil making business, started a sake brewing business in Setaka Shimonosho. Since then, we have continued to brew in the land of Setaka, but with the aim of further improvement, we have moved the brewery to the land of Okagaki Uchiura in search of pure brewing water.Taking this opportunity, the company name was changed to Shichiyo Shuzo Co., Ltd., and while inheriting the tradition that has continued for about 160 years since the founding of Hoshikuma Shuzo, a new challenge began at the foot of Mt. Kiwatama in the 4th year of Reiwa. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
