Founded in Sapporo City in 1933 as a Class A shochu manufacturer, we obtained a license to manufacture Class B shochu in 1978 and have been working on the production of Class B shochu with a focus on Hokkaido ingredients.Based on our commitment to fresh and safe ingredients in Hokkaido, we have built a factory in Assabu Town in southern Hokkaido based on the concept of ""A hometown full of joy is in Hokkaido"" and manufacture a variety of shochu, including the authentic shochu ""Kitari"".
