Sachihime Shuzou

Founded in 1934, our flagship brand Sachihime was named by the brewery owner with the hope that his daughter would grow up happy and fulfilled.We focus primarily on brewing junmai sake made with locally grown rice, offering a range from crisp, dry varieties to full-bodied, sweet profiles.In recent years, we have also become active members of the Kashima Sakagura Tourism initiative.Outside of our annual Kurabiraki event, which is to celebrate the completion of the year's new sake, we welcome visitors for tours, tastings, and purchases.
