Ouujiman

Founded in 1724 (Kyoho 9). The brewery is located in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, and brews both sake "Wagauji" and wine "HOCCA" with members mainly in their 30s or younger.They bring the sensibility of wine to sake.They work daily to create classical yet playful sake.In 2012, Junpei Sato, the 6th generation sake brewery owner of Tatenokawa Shuzo, took over the business, bringing it to its current structure of mainly younger. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
