Ooshima Shuzou

In the northern part of Nagasaki Prefecture, 18 km off the coast of Sasebo, Saikai Oshima is an island rich in nature surrounded by the beautiful blue sea and sky. We are particular about local Nagasaki raw materials, pursue higher quality and deeper taste, and make shochu with great care.All barley shochu is made from carefully selected two-row barley from Nagasaki Prefecture. At Imo Shochu, we own our own farm, grow and harvest potatoes, and continue to explore product development with the idea of "making shochu that can only be made here"."I want the people who drank it to be happy" we will deliver from Nagasaki and Saikai Oshima with that single-mindedness.
