It is a small brewery in size among the 112 breweries in Kagoshima.With 8 employees, we deliver Kagoshima's sweetpotato shochu to the whole country or the world.Most of the ingredients are produced in Osumi, Kagoshima. It is produced at an affiliated farm.In wine, it is a "chateau" or a "domaine (a producer who owns his own vineyard)".We brew in earthenware jars (pot, vessels), which have been handed down in Kagoshima since ancient times. We are a small but shochu brewery that preserves tradition and produces shochu and pursuing the real thing. Tours are available on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00 (except 12:00 to 13:00). Available only by prior reservation.Only advance reservations are accepted.Reservations must be made at least one week prior to the desired date of the visit by phone or email.
