Ooishi Shuzoujou
The Kuma River is the largest river in Kumamoto Prefecture.Among the breweries that make Kuma shochu, we are located at the top of the Kuma River, blessed with fertile soil and clear underground water, and we continue to challenge ourselves by maintaining our traditions and adopting new techniques. There are about 1,300 storage barrels, and each barrel blends shochu to create its own unique flavor.Representative brands are "Onitaoshi" and "Oishi". Onitaoshi has been around since the company's founding and has long been loved by the locals, while Oishi is a gem that has been aged and stored for a long time.
