Our brewery is located at the foot of the renowned Mt. Tsukuba in Kanto. This area has long been known for its high-quality rice and pristine spring water, which flows through granite known as mikage-ishi.Founded over 240 years ago by Omi merchants, we have continued to honor tradition while embracing a spirit of innovation, dedicating ourselves to sake brewing in this ideal location.
