Narutaki Shuzou

We brew sake, authentic shochu, and ume (plum) wine using the legendary water that was used for tea party by the ancient Japanese ruler "Taikoh Hideyoshi".The sake brewed with the soft brewing water is gentle on the palate and runs smoothly down the throat.The brewery's flagship sake, "Jyuraku Taikoh Daiginjo" has won the Gold Award at the National New Sake Competition a total of 12 times.
