The sake brewery closest to the sea is located in a town famous for its "Funaya" (boat houses) lining the coastline, where the relationship between people and the sea is very close. One of our signature brands, "Kyo no Haru," has long been enjoyed by local fishermen. This dry sake retains the rich flavor of rice and pairs perfectly with the fresh fish caught in Ine.
