The first Shimoji Seikon inherited the idea of putting his soul into a drop of sake and being grateful for the nature of Miyakojima and Irabu Island, "I want to be like a flower of the heart that slowly blooms in people's hearts, even if it is small". In addition to awamori made from traditional Thai rice, we also manufacture awamori made from domestic rice made using natural farming methods without fertilizers and pesticides, which we started working on in 2006.It is an awamori made with the spirit of pioneering new possibilities. Business hours, weekdays 9:00-17:00 (12:00-13:00 lunch break). Closed on Wednesdays.Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Factory tours are not available.Tastings are available for a fee and only some brands are available.
