Minakuchi Shuzou

Founded in 1895, we are the only sake brewery in the Dogo area.Located just a 5-minute walk from the Dogo Onsen Honkan, our goal in sake brewing is to provide visitors to Dogo with the good things of Ehime and memories of sightseeing in Dogo through sake. Tastings are available free of charge from 10:00 to 17:30 at Nikitatsu Kurabu, a directly managed store adjacent to the brewery.For groups of more than 10 people, please inquire separately.
