We have added state-of-the-art equipment to traditional sake brewing to create "Four Seasons Brewing", which allows us to brew sake throughout the year.Our company began brewing sake in 1864, and we are continuing to preserve the taste of our sake by cultivating our techniques and traditions for more than 150 years. Open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)Tastings and tours are not permitted, but guests visiting the brewery will be offered a special "hidden sake".
