Nestled beside Fukushima Lagoon in northern Niigata Prefecture—an area renowned as one of Japan's premier stopover sites for swans and designated as one of "Japan's 100 Best Natural Landscapes"—a small craft sake brewery was established in 2021. The brewery also features a café and offers guided tours.Uniquely, the brewery holds both a license for producing craft sake (classified as other brewed alcoholic beverages) and a license for producing Japanese sake exclusively for export, a rarity in the industry. Guided by the motto of creating "A diverse range of flavors that evoke delight and emotion," the brewery is committed to sustainability.
