Koyama Honke Brewery provides a stable supply of high quality sake through mechanization and thorough centralization and production control that takes advantage of the best of handcrafting while incorporating the latest technology based on the traditionally handed down skills of a chief of sake maker, or master brewer.With more than 170 storage tanks and a state-of-the-art bottling and blending building on an area of approximately 10,000 tsubo, the company boasts industry-leading production capacity. We do not accept tours of the brewery for the general public.Tours are available once a year during the "Kurabiraki" event held in the spring. (*The number of visitors may be limited in some cases.)
