Kosaka Shuzoujou

The main building, constructed in 1772 at the time of the brewery’s founding, remains intact and has been designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan. Additionally, many Edo-period buildings within the brewery grounds have been preserved, some of which are open for public viewing by all visitors.
