We have been proudly brewing for over 250 years as the birthplace of Mikawa Mirin.Our brewery has preserved its time-honored methods and traditions throughout its long history.Our flagship product, Hon Mirin Kokonoe Sakura, has received numerous awards both domestically and internationally. Notably, it earned the prestigious Honorary Grand Prize at the National Liquor Appraisal Fair during the Taisho and early Showa eras, making it a true standout.This exceptional mirin is a favorite among renowned establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants and top chefs across various culinary genres.
