Founded in 1971 in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture, the company celebrated its 50th anniversary in August 2021.In order to secure sweet potatoes of stable quality, Kojika Brewery founded the Kojika Agricultural Production Association in 1994, ahead of other breweries in the prefecture. The establishment of the Production Association enabled thorough production control and stable supply of raw materials.The representative brand "Kojika" is characterized by its mild sweetness and clean taste, and is a shochu that can be enjoyed every evening without getting tired of it.
