Koganei Shuzou

It is a long-established sake brewery located in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and has been in business for more than 200 years. The brewery has continued to brew sake in a rich natural setting, with a national park and Nanasawa Onsen hot springs in the vicinity.In recent years, the reputation of its ginjo-shu has been growing, with its daiginjo sake winning the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition for three consecutive years.We have also begun growing sake rice locally and continue to take on new challenges. Sake brewery tours with tastings are available by advance reservation (for a fee).We do not accept tastings other than tours.
