Kitajima Sake Brewery is dedicated to sake.For more than 200 years since its establishment, the company has been pursuing and continuing to transmit the delicate taste unique to sake, delicious chemical reactions with food, and a way of making sake that fits the times, based on the fruits of the wisdom of our predecessors and the traditional production methods born of the climate. Kitajima Sake Brewery has two brands: the standard "Miyosakae" brand and the challenging "Kitajima" brand.We not only protect tradition, but also evolve it. We will continue to pursue the new world of sake together with our customers.
