Since founded in 1916, we had continued to produce high-quality Honkaku Shochu made from obsessived sweet potatoes, water, rice, and other ingredients at the foot of the rich natural Kirishima mountain range. In addition to the production and sale of Honkaku Shochu such as "Kuro Kirishima (our representative brand which inherits the roots of the black koji brewing method used when the company was founded)", "Shiro Kirishima", and "Aka Kirishima", we also produce craft beer and operate a restaurant business at the "Kirishima Factory Garden". We will continue to focus on shochu production that is rooted in the local community and deliver delicious shochu. Kirishima Factory Garden offers tours of the shochu brewing factory.
