Kinshi Masamune

Founded in 1781 by Kyubei Matsuya I in the south of the Kyoto Imperial Palace.It has been brewed with the history of refined Kyoto cuisine by long-established chefs. The taste is elegant and delicate taste brewed with "Kyo-no-mizu" of the place of scenic beauty.It has been nurtured by the culture of Kyoto and has enhanced Kyoto cuisine.Currently, we are brewing our sake in Fushimi, Kyoto, using the famous "Tokiwaisui" water, and are striving for a new history while preserving the tradition. Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
