Since founded in the 2nd year of Eisho (1505), Kenbishi has continued to be made for more than 500 years, shifting the stage of brewing from Itami to Nada. With the family motto, "Be a stopped watch!", I am devoted to protecting the taste I believe in without being swept away by trends. To that end, we spare no effort in investing in raw materials and handcrafting, and we are working hard to make careful sake using the traditional manufacturing method.Please enjoy once Kenbishi's sake, which walks with customers with the "determination not to change the taste".
