Founded in 1723. We stick to the traditional brewing technique yamahai starter culture and brew with ultra-hard water from our premises with a hardness of 240.We brew our sake with the aim of creating a sake that has breadth and depth of flavor and a sharpness in taste that will not bore the drinker.
